Flight Question RInc Won't stay at 0

Hey guys I'm sort of new to the whole orbiter flying thing and I'm following tex's tutorial for the DGIV to ISS and whenever I get my RInc down to 0 and move onto the next step, it somehow moves back up to 0.01 or 0.02. Sometimes even up to 0.08.

Does anyone know how I can do something else to fix this?

You can turn off 'Nonspherical gravity sources' checkbox in the Launchpad but it will be less realistic.

Just don't worry about it. You only need to be <1 to set up a rendezvous. :thumbup:
