Assuming they shipped on the 2nd, that's just 3 days for transcontinental delivery (return address said Lexington, KY, USA).
Makes me wonder why would it take 10 days to get to Canada, which should be a couple days drive away from Lexington.
On a nice note, he did sent a submarine into orbit.

Did you use express shipping?
Tracking the package, it started in Kentucky, took twenty hours to get to New Jersey, and has apparently stayed there (last update is its arrival scan in Edison) since the third.
I'm not sure I've ever received a package in less than 10 days, even with high-priority shipping. On average it takes two or sometimes three weeks.
