How about a volleyball? I've heard stories from the Cuban Missile Crisis about an RF-101 Voodoo pilot who flew over some officers' quarters, and almost took a volleyball into the intakes. THAT's what I call low flying.

Senior Citizens Charged with Harassment After Blasting Iron Maiden to Torment Neighbors

Over the weekend, a couple in Stockholm, Sweden, were making what is being called a “whistling sound” in their apartment.

This was enough to send the couple's neighbors — an 81-year-old man and his 71-year-old wife — into a rage. How did they retaliate? By blasting Iron Maiden from their balcony (which faces their neighbors' apartment) as late — or as early — as 4 a.m.

Police officers, who were soon called to the scene, discovered “a music system on the balcony, pointed at the neighbor and playing Iron Maiden’s 'Afraid to Shoot Strangers' at top volume,' plus “another music system in the cellar directed toward the neighbor’s bedroom wall.”

Motörhead... you have to use Motörhead for that.

Could we consider Beethoven or Haydn just to see how media reports about loud classical music? No "evil youth" and "sounds of satan" possibility, just a popular peace of classical music and conservative media.

Wagner then. We need more Wagner. If we have to use Haydn... can we use the German national anthem?

Suggesting Wagner and the national anthem? One fueling german nationalism one advocating antisemitism. Anything you want to tell me?:P

You can't blame me for Wagner. And our national anthem is not nationalist... it is too alcohol fueled for that. If we would only sing the first stanca and let it follow by the Horst Wessel song on the other hand, and thus drop all mentioning of Wine and Women...

Keep in mind that we're talking about drawing complaints from ones neighbors and garnering negative media attention using classical music. If that's what we're after, the following sounds just about perfect:

Hey, the forbidden song has the first mention of stormtroopers, which afterwards were in a legendary movie, so it can't be that bad after all.
Wait, whose banner is going to fly? But stormtroopers were to ones of Sidious not H...H...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO (sequel reference, my bad).

the following sounds just about perfect:

Add Volk ans Gewehr and you can be jailed here. But on the other hand you can barbecue on this, of course meat not...I'm going to sleep since my thoughts creep me out

Interesting that you are changing flights in [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nagoya"]Nagoya[/ame]....but then it's not like that there are many passengers that can support a Manila - Detroit direct flight anyway.

Here's the plane you have just flew (747, right?):

20 years ago on this day, the group of software and protocol that we now know as the World Wide Web (for those who don't know, it was made by several people at the holy land of particle physics, CERN) was released to the public as free software - the turning point of the establishment of the largest web of data flows ever: http://info.cern.ch/

Funnily enough, the orchestral version of "der Ritt der Walküren" is playing just now in the coffeeshop I'm working, which is pretty unusual. I also happen to have the complete CD edition of the ring, and I actually listened it through from beginning to the end.

I can just imagine the shock on the neighbours' faces when the walkyries come riding in at 4 in the morning...
"HOYO-TO-HOuOuOuOuOuOuOuO! HOYO-TO-HOuOuOuOuOuOuOuOuO!"

(note: the "u"s in between symbolise a vibrato large enough to drive a freight train through)

Also a note on Wagner and anti-semitism: It's not really accurate. Sure, Wagner was a nationalist, but that was the usual nationalism that lodged itself firmly in the head of every intelectual and artist at the time. It wasn't his fault that Hitler happened to like him a lot. Schiller would have suffered the same fate if he had the Idea to rework the Nibelungen song instead of Joanne of Arc and William Tell...
