Not really - which Mars Rover had really problems with dust covering the arrays? I just want to remind you: Can you imagine what a mechanic wiper would do to a solar array, when used to remove dust? Lots of scratches that ruin the glass layer.
Dust is generally not a good thing for solar arrays, because even the wind already erodes the arrays with them, but if you have solar arrays - don't use dry wipers. better use warm nitrogen to clean them, if you can.
