Just came home from an epic Knorkator concert in Hannover... now I am deaf, blind and can't walk, but I feel extremely happy. Maybe I should not have gone into a rock discotheque with friends after the concert...but what the hell, it was a great trip like that

Same sweetness as Disney, and many grown men aren't afraid to admit liking Disney, right? It even has Disney-like musical numbers.

What makes the show for me is the fandom (I hate that word). It's fun to make jokes and references to other stuff using the show. What happened with me was I found out that some of my closest friends are bronies, so I tried watching the show myself, and I kinda couldn't stop.

But if Godzilla attacked I wouldn't run away, I'd take pictures and post them on O-F.

You don't see people with spacefaring Snow Whites or Aladdins in their signatures, making references to said movies... :shrug:

Nothing wrong with cartoons, anyway. I still occasionally watch them with my younger siblings...

Ah, fair enough. I've been in a few -let's say strange- fan communities before, so I get this. Just...wouldn't expect such a widespread fandom to develop around a TV show for young children.

The Incredibles was my favorite movie when I was 10. Pixar movies really are good enough even for adults. I will admit that Toy Story 3 made me cry, but apparently a lot of grown men did too.

I have quite many Pixar movies on DVD here, but actually only the last second ("Kitty!") of "Monsters, Inc" is what makes me have some dirt in my eyes. :lol:

I used to be that way. It might have had to do with not being able to have dairy products for the first five years of my life due to a milk allergy. I just didn't care for pizza until I was 11.
