That pony invasion thing is frightening, really !
:hide:
So, my college's theatre class is doing "The Full Monty." They won't reveal whether there is nudity, so I'm hesitant to go.
Thoughts?
Yes. Still not sure what adult males see in this show...and this is coming from someone already too well-acquainted with his feminine side. :shifty:That pony invasion thing is frightening, really !
Darn! I had wanted to say that. :rofl:Oh well, I think the play is worthwhile seeing even if there isn't any nudity...
And I don't see what's so terrifying about it. :lol:Yes. Still not sure what adult males see in this show...and this is coming from someone already too well-acquainted with his feminine side. :shifty:
Anyway, would you people stop acting like Godzilla has attacked, when someone posts a picture of a cartoon pony?
What makes the show for me is the fandom (I hate that word). It's fun to make jokes and references to other stuff using the show. What happened with me was I found out that some of my closest friends are bronies, so I tried watching the show myself, and I kinda couldn't stop.Yes. But if Godzilla attacked I wouldn't run away, I'd take pictures and post them on O-F.
You don't see people with spacefaring Snow Whites or Aladdins in their signatures, making references to said movies... :shrug:And I don't see what's so terrifying about it.
Same sweetness as Disney, and many grown men aren't afraid to admit liking Disney, right? It even has Disney-like musical numbers.

Ah, fair enough. I've been in a few -let's say strange- fan communities before, so I get this. Just...wouldn't expect such a widespread fandom to develop around a TV show for young children. What makes the show for me is the fandom (I hate that word). The Incredibles was my favorite movie when I was 10. Pixar movies really are good enough even for adults. I will admit that Toy Story 3 made me cry, but apparently a lot of grown men did too.Syndrome as signature picture in space would be cool.

I used to be that way. It might have had to do with not being able to have dairy products for the first five years of my life due to a milk allergy. I just didn't care for pizza until I was 11.For some reason (don't ask me what it is) she just does not like pizza.
