I landed my arrow on Iapetus but it doesn't stop moving.I double checked that all the autopilots are off and it still moves at about 0.20 m/s. How can I fix this?

Wonderer... Two candidate solutions: 1. press brakes. 2. install (shameless plug) Precession MFD, go to Status page, press "CUT". At least the second solution will cut off all the thrusters, attitude and otherwise. Did you land/"iapetize" with the Arrow autopilot?

Yes I used the land autopilot, but I disabled all thrusters.
