Mach 15 is still better than mach 83 (take a look at my signature). But that happened after pointing at earth short berfore reentry and burning all my fuel so I got FAST.

EDIT: Looks like you used an XR vessel. The best way to bring them down from moon is making the periapsis to 70km to get into an Earth Orbit and wait some Orbits until you have normal LEO speed (7 km/s) to reenter safely.

A not-so-random thought: My computer was acting weird today upon startup. A hard shutdown, 10 minute wait and startup cleared up the problem, but no chances will be taken. A backup of critical files has been uploaded to my pocket drive, including the precious add-on files!

Just bought a new wireless keyboard and mouse. My previous keyboard...Memorex, had been failing badly (it liked to throw in extra keystrokes that I didn't make).

But, what I bought was the Microsoft Wireless Desktop. The earlier keyboard from this very same product that I bought 3 years ago simply did not work. The mouse worked for 3 years, then suddenly died. (It wasn't the batteries.) Therefore:

• I am an idiot
• I am an eternal optimist
• I am supporting the local economy (both MS and my computer store are based locally)
• All of the above

So far so good, though. Maybe this one will work?


And yes, many of you posters 'round the world are up past your bedtimes. TRY TO GET SOME SLEEP.
