Did you pay for standard service? That is continental drift.

I blame anime for me being able to instantly tell what that last post was, and that is was correct.

 My sister took Japanese in high school (international bacheloriat program), so I can catch enough hints to tell it's a countdown.

I learned/memorized it from JAXA rocket countdowns.

If you can have the falcon Heavy Heavy, then the next question is "Hows about strapping 3 of those together, how much can we get to orbit?".

Introducing Falcon Heavy Heavy Heavy or FH3

Lucky you that it's not Russian "Snail" Post.
I bought a wall clock in UK at the start of december 2012, and it arrived only two days ago.
Nothing ever arrives faster than in a month, regardless of location - it could be 600 km to St. Petersburg, or it could be many thousands to the US of A or China - the package would go about the same time from either.

The only alternative are things like UPS, but at $120 international delivery rates i'm willing to wait for the snails.

Bought a new monitor and a new PC like two years ago.
Screen began its journey on Monday with Hermes, PC on Wednesday with DHL. On Friday, around noon, something arrived and I was standing there "No, that's too small for a 27'' screen!". I really wonder how one company needs four days while another company needs two days for the same distance, seriously?

Based on numbers I got from google, your package shipped 25% faster than a snail going from London to Moscow. (an above average snail to be fair)

Those are mail snails, they should be the best of the best of the best.
Besides they probably got a lift across the channel, reducing the distance somewhat.

In Bosnia it's pretty much gambling... could be that your shipment arrives in a matter of days, or within a month... or, in some (admittedly rare) cases, not at all. Opened letters are also a frequent occurance.

You think that's bad? I waited for my package for a month and another week for customs. Use UPS or Fed Ex, dude... UPS might even be cheaper than USPS in some cases and still faster.

I'm able to accept nanosuits which enable a normal human to become a post-human-warrior, make him invisible, shield him etc.
I'm able to accept the plot that there is a giant alien in New York and its power is used by some evil corporation for cheap energy and to keep that secret they build a giant dome over New York.
I'm even able to accept it when this energy creates a rainforest in Old York. It's also OK if people can enhance their life duration by using alien technology and it's still acceptable if the giant alien uses his energy to create an Einstein-Rosen Bridge to some place nearly a thousand kiloparsecs away from us.
But if you put objects into a medium earth orbit with an energy beam going vertically away from Earth THEN I don't believe your story anymore.
