I'm sorry for the bad english..
This is my problem:
I tried to increase the alt limit in orulex.cog to see mountains and craters even from higher orbits. It works (i see a beautiful 3d landscape from 400 km from the surface of the planet without problems) but when the altitude increases the sun disappears!!
To fix it, i have to write in orulex.cfg altlimit=50000 and not higher, but the landscape is no more realistic!
What can i do? Please Help!

I'll look If I have the same problem
EDIT: I set altlimt to 200000, but now Orbiter crashes

The sun disappearing bug is one of the Orbiter's own - it happens when the active transparency is set, like when Orulex does the orbit-to-ground transition.

The sun should reappear when you are either above the altlimit or below the transition limit defined as altlimit-blendlimit. So, one of the solutions is to reduce blendlimit so that the no-sun region will shrink.

Thank you Artlav!
I fixed the problem by reducing blendlimit = 10 . Now the sun doesn't disappear like a phantom!
Great suggestion!
See you soon!
