Actually, Jupiter must have a region of metallic hydrogen in it's core according to the latest theories. Which also explains it's extremely strong magnetic field. See the superconductor thread about the behavior of hydrogen at high pressures.
But nobody knows even, where the liquid region of Jupiter begins. No probe has ever reached it intact.
