Payload Manager for Orbiter 2010

Hi Orbinauts,
I'm wanting to download HCLV Hyperion launcher for use with the XR2 Ravenstar...but it says that I have to also download Kulch's Payload Manager....
I've tried to search for this everywhere but cannot find it.....I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I can find it, or maybe share the download link with me....if not, are there any other payload managers availabe that I can use instead....it would be a shame if I can't use the HCLV just because there are no payload managers available anymore...

Any advice would be gratefully accepted........thanks

Thanks a lot my friend, you're great. I'm still looking for a couple of other plugins to complete that OFSS-IV project and both of them are made by Kulch (Universal Remote Manipulator System, release 3 and Space Tugs 4). If you have found that payload mngr somewhere, perhaps you know where to get these ones from...

I'm not sure what OFSS-IV is to be honest so not sure what plugins they are that you are referring to...I see Donamy has helped you out with one of them....
