Payload Manager for Orbiter 2010

Hi Orbinauts,
I'm wanting to download HCLV Hyperion launcher for use with the XR2 Ravenstar...but it says that I have to also download Kulch's Payload Manager....
I've tried to search for this everywhere but cannot find it.....I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I can find it, or maybe share the download link with me....if not, are there any other payload managers availabe that I can use instead....it would be a shame if I can't use the HCLV just because there are no payload managers available anymore...
