Request P3/P4 Truss Payload STS-115

Wondering if anyone has created the P3/P4 Truss payload and if not is anyone looking into it? I've seen threads on it in development but none that I see were concluded after searching the forums. Would love to have it as a payload for Space Shuttle Ultra.
