Overlaping Canaveral texture problem

Hello there. I have the KSC Medium resolution texture installed but I'm also using Project X-15/Delta and Mercury Project. The custom Canaveral that these projects are using are overlapping my Medium Res KSC texture.

Is there a way to disable the Project X-15 canaveral so that it does not appear unless I'm playing Project X-15?

I'm not sure if the texture belongs to the Project X-15 addon or the Earth1962.

I reinstalled Med-Res KSC and the texture problem is fixed in non-ProjectX-15 scenarios now. However it returns when I fly an X-15 scenario. I suppose its just Project X-15's canveral config being used and it overlaps my other one. But I don't mind that since now its fixed for all non-Project X-15 scenarios.

Is it just me or does x-15 have/cause a multitude of issues?
