Exactly what the title says. I'll start it off.

1. Do NOT leave a DG-IV on safe mode and somehow nudge it off the pad. That disconnects the EPU and leaves the thing dead in the (metaphorical) water.

2. Don't land your Arrow Freighter on Mercury. Mmmm, BBQ.

3. Don't try and use ISRUs as reentry vehicles. It's more like a Dutch oven.

There's the Iron Hill Project, but they modified the Arrow's hover thrusters.

Actually, I tried landing my arrow freighter on the night side of mercury. got within 1 km of the ground and started getting warnings about the gravity being too high to land.
