I have watch a video in YouTube.Here is the link

I find out some difference with shuttle fleet .For example ,the launch pad is different from shuttle fleet.I also see the sonic boom when the space shuttle being launched.But i never see the sonic boom in shuttle fleet.
what is this add-on?

It is Shuttle Fleet, with Hi Res LC-39, KSC hires tiles, Pylon MFD and some extras from the visual side, out of the Computerex add-on pack.

I never got on with Pylon so can't answer that one for you. The HiRes tiles are basically squares that are used to provide a certain view of the ground area, higher resolution looks better from orbit.

Hires KSC is exactly that, a high resolution version of KSC which upgrades the default KSC to a nicer looking one.
