Question Orbiter sound 3.5 manual install

Hey guys I am trying to install orbiter sound 3.5 manually so I followed the instructions to make a text file and rename it orbiter.exe but when I try to install it to a different folder I get a warning that says I am using an older version of orbiter even thou I am using 60929 base the reason I am doing this is I am using jonessoft generic mod enabler for addons thanks

The reason you get that error message when installing is that OS does not recognize the orbiter.exe as beeing the current one. The window containing the error message should ask you if you want to install anyway. Simply click yes and it will unpack to that directory.
Don't forget to delete the bogus orbiter.exe afterwards!
