Orbiter Screenshot Thread

That's not the problem I'm having. The problem I'm having is aerodynamic stability. The stabilization drogues are supposed to reduce/dampen the vessel's tendancy to tumble, not make it worse.

Same here, if you check my latest Phoenix Beta, youll see I had the exact same problems.

After a few days spent getting things organized at the Iron Hill Base, BruceJohnJennerLawso & Solarliner headed out for the first surface EVA of the mission

Today was the launch of the first DSCS to the moon. It wil provide continuous coverage from spacecrafts that are orbiting the moon.

OK, it's not exactly Orbiter, but I've got a few updates screenshots from my moon landing sim project - it now includes shaders to simulate specular lighting, shadow mapping and normal mapping:

You buried the DG-Launchers :goodnight:

Not exactly - although it can launch any spaceplane up to 80 tons, it's primary function is to lift my shuttle or payload container. Launching 24 ton DG on 80 ton capable rocket seems bit wastefull for me.

Ramenskoye, Russia, is a nice airport to add. With BaseMaker, it took me a few minutes. Runway lenght : 5,402 meters (17,723 feet), much longer than the SLF at KSC. If you can't land there...

From better resolution pictures, the two smaller runways seem to be now used as taxiways or parking areas. During the Cold War, it was a very active test center for the Migs, but also Buran.
