Orbiter Screenshot Thread

Yes, those shots are from the[ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=6007"] Orbiter stock bases upgrade [/ame]
development.

On some cases the actual released textures might have a different contrast or be of a different source than what you see here. This is because, as you can understand, one can only release tiles based on free images. And tiles must blend with the global Earth textures ;-)

The Me163 comes from here: [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2085"]http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2085[/ame]

Moving cargo around on the moon.

Is that a proper tug ?

 When can we get one of those!?!?!

It's this XR-5 cargo addon attached to the Azure rover with UCD and with two wheel meshes 'glued' onto the sides. Loru kindly supplied the wheel mesh.

It came out of a brief IRC chat after I landed an XR5 on the moon. The question was the best way to move several cargo racks of equipment to the base and to the Arrow I have parked there and that's what we came up with.

It would be perfectly possible to daisy chain all of the XR-5 cargo containers together to form a lunar freight train - Ice Road Truckers would have nothing on that.

Can't seem to open the site.

The first European crew made it to my space station yesterday. Welcome aboard ESA astronauts!

Awesome!! :) Can a copy of it (with the wheels and instructions for connecting it to the azure) be posted to the hangar? I could most definitely use this in my current missions; especially given how much cargo the Arrow can carry (don't like just spawning it in insitu.
