There are no new addons required for this mission from the previous one (other than Wideawake). The NeesysDSS config file has been updated however, so be sure you replace that from the new package below.

I'm jumping on the bandwagon and building my own little space station. It's called Ikaros, and most of the modules I'm using come from the Orbiter Francophone site. I'm launching it with the XR5 so I can get it built somewhat quickly, and I've equipped the XR5 with Kulch's RMS arm. The station will get its own arm soon enough. I've chosen Wideawake International as the launch site, mainly because it's nice looking and has dedicated loading areas and hangars. Also big thanks to pennyblack for the lovely XR5 textures.

(By the way, I can't figure out why I'm missing some of Wideawake's textures, if anyone has any ideas.)

Not pictured:
Redlining the scram engines temps, followed by mistaking the hover doors switch for the scram door switch, followed by lots of angry warnings from the computer. I managed to correct in time to not blow up my ship, its 5 crew, and possibly billions of dollars of payload.

The rest of the flight was much more peaceful. :)

Hey Spike, in the docs for Wideawake there is a list of textures that you manually need to add to your base.cfg file. If you've got a handfull of buildings that are gloss white, then that'll fix your problem.

Loru, you're base is amazing!
If i may make a suggestion though, could you have a crawlerway go from your VAB to a launch pad just off shore? It'd look really neat.

Both launchpads (HLV and MLV) will be off shore.
Next to VAB-like structure (for big boosters) there will be building to set up smaller launch vechicles in horizontial position. Both crawlerways would go about 1.5 km offshore to artificial islands where launches will occur.
