It's hard to see by the size of your screen shot, but if you mean the black tile that was there ? I looks a little too big. IMHO

Here is the config file for the base. As always, make sure to make a backup in case you don't like it. Feel free to further improve :thumbup:

That orbiter is not looking good. You need to weld some vertices.
 
Yes. I noticed that around the cockpit windows. I need to weld the gaps shut

So fixed the gaps. Sometimes the sc3 will not be attached.

The creases still don't seem to be fixed. :(
 
Can you show me what you are referring to. Not sure about the creases?

Either by making sure you have welded the vertices along those edges, or changing the part's crease angle.
