Problem Orbiter not displaying video

Hello all,
I decided to refresh my install of Orbiter 2016 and deleted all files and set it up again. Turns out as soon as I run my fresh Orbiter install the game runs, but the screen is all white, I know the simulation is 100% running just not showing any video. I know this is the case because orbiter sound 5.0 was working, and when I exit it shows the scenario in its state, I left the simulation in.
Here's the PC specs if it helps:
Windows 11 64 Bit
11th gen i7
Intel IRIS Xe integrated graphics
I use an SSD
(I run orbiter 2016 in windowed mode)
Here's the orbiter log from what I can tell, it saying orbiter doesn't have a graphics client???:

Are you running Orbiter.exe or Orbiter_ng.exe? Orbiter_ng.exe requires D3D9Client to run.

I use Orbiter.exe and I also I'm pretty sure I don't have d3d9 client installed
I tried both Orbiter.exe and ng but when I ran the ng one the console, it said its running in server mode here's a picture if that helps:

Thank you for the help so much! Turns out I needed the D3D9 client for Orbiter to work and that link helped me
