How to make the train work then? You see, they shouldn't exist without motion, as if they were ancient artifacts displayed in museums.

Great Job Martin but if I can't get Shuttle Fleet working my whole Orbiter setup is wasted and will stick to 2010
not angry not your fault, but for now will delete it and leave the package as a zip file

David413 - the author of Shuttle Fleet - does not frequent these forums anymore AFAIK. He visits DanSteph's forums, though. Therefore your post would make much more sense over there.

Hello Enjo and (Mentor) PhantomCruiser, I am not familiar with C++, though I know about basic input/output iostream, iomanip, int, float, double long double long long int etc. I can only create very basic and primitive equation solver using an online compiler. All in all, I am still a beginner. Enjo, you are defintely already an expert. Never mind, I shall wait until the next release of d3d9 graphic client to solve this problem. After all, the little train isn't disturbing, it is not the main actor in most simulator, except for the fact that, keep an eye not to crash the train and its passengers while flying the delta-glider.

Thanks for telling me to use the in-line graphic, mentor PC (opps, that's rude). I already checked the train that works with the in-line graphic. It is working fine.

Enjo, I have one off-topic question. When will you publish your LaunchMFD for Orbiter 2016? I have trouble getting DG to the ISS in Orbiter 2016.

I love it. Graphics are way better. I only have one complaint and that is adding and positioning vessels in a scenario. I wish it was more like Prepared flight sim; pick a spot, change the vessel and go. And a slew function would be cool, too.

But thanks for the new version, Martin. You have given me at least ten years of fun with this hobby.

I just wanted to disable the info display if I'm recording video.

Right-click on the main menu. Select Hide or Auto-hide for menu and infobars.

You can even suppress the permanent or flashing pause/resume notifications if they interfere with the video.

Edit: If you hide the main menu, you can get it back with F4.

Yeah I know and he won't probably update it, I was just saying that with out Shuttle fleet I have no use for 2016 I have 100 different Missions and there is nothing like Shuttle fleet to replace it.

Why do you think that he won't update it? Also, what about SSU? I wouldn't call that "nothing like Shuttle fleet".

Is this a known error? It only happens with the internal DirectX7 client; it does not occur with D3D9. (I am using the high-res textures, BTW.)

It does it for me, too.

Also, when you start the "Moon through atmosphere" level, the shuttle pops up into the air a few hundred feet and then drops to the ground. The camera also tilts into the ground sharply when this happens.

Also: The "Delta-glider > Virtual cockpit" scenario starts with the DG in the bushes a hundred feet or so to the west of the runway. :lol:

well just set 2016 up and as I feared the most important add on for me, Shuttle Fleet doesn't work so won't be changing over any time soon as its not worth it for a few pretty textures on the ground.. Cras may know some rumors about it, as he is active here and at DanSteph's place, and was also in contact with David413 in the past. The later was last active at Dan's on 26th August 2016, so if you ask him there, chances are good you'll get the best possible answer: from the author directly.

ok. I downloaded it. But in window it runs good except I can't see all the cockpit on a DG. On full screen it seems to be loading and loading and loading. tried different video settings. But it seems to lock ed on Full Screen.

404 ROAD NOT FOUND
Milouse over on the Dan's forums reported Orbiter NG causing Avira heuristics to be triggered and unvalidate the executable (which I presume is a security measure taken to prevent execution). Deactivating the antivirus software makes Orbiter NG fine.

He didn't say if it happened regardless of the D3D9 Client being activated or not.

Just doing a final set of validation on Glideslope and BaseSync, but they are on short final to OrbitHangar. I'm looking carefully at landing at altitude ... e.g. Edwards is now at 705m, and Brighton Beach we know is in a deep hole!

ok. I found out my Orbiter100830 doesn't run well in Full window.
So I tried in window 1920x1080 same as the other orbiter. I get 23 fps.
