General Question Orbiter 2016 - No Sound

Hello, I just installed Orbiter 2016. I did a manual install to a second hard drive on my computer, and I am able to open and run the application. However, there is no sound.

If this is a common issue, what is the fix for it? Also, will installing the program to a drive other than the C drive result in other complications in the functionality of the game?

Orbiter never had built-in sound. For a long time, OrbiterSound by DanSteph was the standard addon for this functionality. However, due to the lack of a 2016-compatible version of it, nowadays XRSound by Douglas Beachy is available.
