Doing some bug testing using a clean installation of Orbiter 2016 with the D3D9 client, discovering little errors in my code and file packing so I can correct them.

Just started work on the 2010 compatible version.

Worked a little more on the 2010 version tonight, this is much easier since I've already done most of the work in coding when making the 2016 version. The main thing I did tonight was alter the LOX venting effects. This one will be a simpler install since D3D9 won't be required for terrain flattening, since everything is Kansas flat in Orbiter 2010. I need to adjust the height of the rockets as they sit on the pad and I also need to adjust the flame bucket effects for Vandenberg launches (due to the local height being the same globally in Orbiter 2010).
