ODS Visual Issue

I noticed this issue on my previous install of SSU after updating. I went ahead and reinstalled everything from scratch to see if it was a configuration issue. The mesh of the ods appears to be scattered around where it should be. Not sure if this is a known issue or something on my end. Looking for any info.

Yes, the animation has been broken for quite a while now. Mainly the problem stems from that the code for the docking ring animation is very complex and things are not explained (commented). The last time anyone touched that code was back in August 2015, so little over 4½ years ago. I never understood it, so I'm the wrong person to fix things.
