By popular request, an updated version of my 'AMSO IMFD for dummies' tutorial is available on orbithanger. This now includes using IMFD 5 for TEI to return to Earth from lunar orbit to splashdown. Still virtually a 'checklist' type format. Eventually I will make it look prettier when I have the time (or inclination).
In addition, the pack includes the historical Apollo splashdown sites as bases in orbiter, which means that they can be selected in the Map MFD. These files are optional, and not required to complete AMSO flights or the tutorial.
