Project Mir station complex / UR-500 family

Close but it isn't quite parallel to the orientation seen with Pirs and/or Prichal, like this one taken during STS-135:

Rassvet's is 45° offset from other docking ports, with the Soyuz's VZOR pointing in the general direction of the Cupola. This is also the case on Zarya's nadir port when Rassvet wasn't around before 2010

one thing that I noticed that's unique about site 31, is that for Soyuz and Progress launches, they have the boarding cabin, while for Fregat and commercial launches, they take off the cabin. meaning every 3-6 months, they take off, or put back on the cabin. Also, this is a good reference for the depth of the flame trench (20 meters!):
