Note that there are 4 segments on the Umbilical tower. The top "LES gantry" retracts at t- 01:57:00 (1 hour and 57 minutes). The lower "Booster" gantry retracts at T- 37 minutes. The "Second stage" gantry retracts at t-27 minutes, and the "Spacecraft" gantry retracts at t-25 minutes. Here is a great video showing the process by International Rocket Launches:

Also, during the live-stream, I noted a few interesting things:

In the first image, there is the Taikonaut "vestibule style" entrance to the "Shenzhou access" tunnel. This is marked in red. However, there is another tunnel entrance (circled in black with the big question mark)... I don't know what that tunnel is used for... (maybe to access the top secret x-37 Chinese knockoff spaceplane???).

The second image shows a side view of the "Spacecraft" gantry's Taikonaut tunnel. To get to the Shenzhou, Taikonauts go through the tunnel (marked by the red arrows) and enter through a inner door that cannot be seen on the outside (marked in black).

Wow that looks amazing! If you haven't, I would recommend watching that livestream I posted for the sequence of events. Either way, spectacular job I'm really excited for this!
