Has any one got actuate dimension for the Orbiter's MEDS screens?

Has any one got actuate dimension for the Orbiter's MEDS screens?

The display is 6.7 inches, square. Don't ask me for more accurate information, I don't have it.

Thanks Urwumpe, for my purposes that will be close enough. I've guessed it was between 6.5 inch to 7 inch, but could not decide on a 'rough' value as a bitmap of technical drawing of the cockpit threw me different measurements for each screen, even though they where on the same image.
