Well now, here I was, getting ready to start a nice long trip with Cosmos, and here ya come out with Long Shot.
Very nice!
First impression is that the angular momentum is still a bit too high. I think 0.01rad/s for x-y axis and 0.05rad/s for z would be more realistic, though I admit I haven't tried ctrl1 yet.
And a question: The forward circular structure that, at first glace looks somewhat like a centrifuge; is it perhaps a magnetic field generator to protect the crew from solar flare radiation? ...Yeah, that's it!
I like it. Though I just got it, I've added it to my scenario, and Cosmos DGIVs are transffering to Long Shot. Maybe a joint mission...
