Software Links for spaceship3 and staging SDKs

I am new to Orbiter and so far I am very impressed. However I am running into issues with many addons. Namely ones which require shaceship3 and the staging SDKs. The link to download those do not work. Is anyone else expiencing this. Also is these a tutorial on adding addons? not sure what the SKDs do for me or what functions they add to Orbiter.
