The Jupiter V-X launcher a follow-on to the Jupiter III-X, is based on a proposal by Teamvision. My version has a 14 Metre core and no upper stage. Included for launch in this release is a launch-configured version (payload mesh) of the Mars Crew Transfer Vehicle 'CTV-02-A'. To see this rendered correctly you will need to FIRSTLY INSTALL my earlier add-on - 'Crew Transfer Vehicles v0.96' from http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2713Please read included documentation for further details and instructions.

Woo! Have been waiting for this one for a while, should be awesome. Might knock down the VAB when you launch, but that's okay, you should only need one anyway. ;)

Pros: Excellent performance, Supports high mass & volume payloads
Review:
Very beautiful design and is great option for all your average heavy class payloads. Like it's predecessor and realistic rockets this launcher requires careful launch planning and execution for optimal orbit insertion.

Adventurous is unfortunately never realistic.

Pros: Finally, a futuristic NOVA that's realistic and fun to fly!
Cons: Little hard on older computers duing liftoff

Like the Jupiter III, outstanding. Beautiful mesh looks and handles nice. I find that getting to orbit is no problem if you use the Launch MFD and follow the HUD cues after SRB sep, provided your payload is not too heavy and you don't try to lift it to too high an altitude. If you have wider payloads you may need to build your own fairing.

I launched it from WideAwake Int. It was very easy to put the payload into a stable orbit ( 280+ km ) with plenty of fuel left over to put myself into a highly elliptical orbit for a transfer burn to Mars. I did it all with stock Orbiter MFDs. All I need to do is make a few scenarios to launch a crew and a lander, dock them to the appropriate vessels, and the base plan for a mission to Mars is all set.
Very well done ! A top shelf launcher all the way.

From the given screenshots, I can see this add-on is pretty beautiful.

But I have not been been able to try it as the installation process is too complicated, I must install like 4 add-ons?

D:

(Speaking of which ... I have no idea how to install them) (Can anybody help? ;p)

:welcome: and you only need 3 addon's. Follow the install instructions in the read me if you cannot install them.

Hmm... a especial launch pad for it would be nice... didn't somebody lately show pictures of a proposed Nova-class launch pad?

Well, I managed to install it ... but the fact that it lags SO MUCH for me made me uninstall it, I managed to play it on my cousin's computer though, and while we had to turn off many features, it was worth it.

Highly recommended. But only install it if your computer can handle Ultra 3D games. ^^
