I accidentally replaced the Tour of Jupiter scenario's information with a landed DGIV. Can anyone tell me how to write orbits into scenarios? Otherwise I always get floating ships with eccintricities of 1.00

You can use Scenario Editor after you have launched the scenario. Write in a SMa to 1.5 planet radis, and an eccentricity of 0, and you should be in an circular orbit around the planet.

Okay! but on Mars, It won't let my eccintricity go below 1.0012

Write 0 in the box and press apply. Edit: make sure to set the SMa so that you're not on a suborbital trajectory (that's a path which crashes into the planet at some point). I've had problems with those, but YMMV.
