--UPDATE--
OK team, I have now uploaded all the ISS meshes from NASA to the ISSU SVN repository in .3DS format.
They are in Development Resources/Meshes
Now, a little info on the SVN:
--UPLOADING/DOWNLOADING FILES--
If any team members want the ability to be able to upload work to the SVN, you must first:
1. Create yourself a free Sourceforge account
2. PM or E-Mail me your Sourceforge username, so I can add you to the ISSU project
3. Download Tortoise SVN (free)
Then you have the ability to upload things to the SVN
Then:
1. Create yourself a folder on your HDD to store all files from the SVN repository. It doesn't matter what you call it, but I would suggest "ISSU SVN"
2. Right-click on the new folder and select "SVN Checkout". In the "URL of repository", paste:
https://projectissu.svn.sourceforge.net
/svnroot/projectissu
3. Now, Tortoise should create all files & folders from the ISSU SVN in your folder on your HDD.
4. Then you can put any files you wish to upload in that folder. To upload files to the SVN, right-click and select "SVN commit". When asked, input your username & password for your Sourceforge account.
In future, to receive files other have uploaded to the SVN, click on the folder and select "SVN Update". To upload files, select "SVN Commit".
Whenever something new is "checked in", can all members
please use the "Show Log" feature when you right-click a file or folder to upload, to type a brief description of what the new file is for, or what you have changed/altered, before you upload it. This is essential to keep track of what we have got/have not got. Thanks
--FILE STRUCTURE--
On the ISSU SVN, there are 2 main folders:
"Finished ISSU Files (FOR USE IN ORBITER)"
and
"Development Resources"
ONLY files that are finished, are in Orbiter format, and are working, should be put into the corresponding folder in "Finished ISSU Files (FOR USE IN ORBITER)".
All other work should go into the correct folder in "Development Resources" If you need another folder in there, just create it

. I'm open to advice/suggestions on this structure, as it's my first time using Sourceforge.
Modelling info:
OK, here's the latest team changes:
"Erupter" has now joined the ISSU team as a modeller.
http://www.orbithangar.com/searchauth.php?search=Erupter
"Marco Gavezzeni" has now joined the team as a texturer.
http://www.orbithangar.com/searchauth.php?search=marcogavazzeni
So the modelling team is currently Unussapiens + Erupter. I think ISSU now has the combined skills to do what is needed (remember all we are doing currently is adapting existing work), so, If it's OK with everyone, I'd like to start development:speakcool:
First task: Destiny
Firstly, I need some info.
If all modellers on the ISSU SVN, go to: Development Resources/Research Pictures/Destiny, they will find all my best pics of Destiny. Please note the two raised tile areas near the top of Destiny, and again near the PDGF & Trunnion pins. What I need to know is: the textures for these I have, but do you need them separate, or as part of the main tile texture? I'm still learning about modelling so excuse my ignorance:rofl:
My textures are correct, takes from actual images. So if the model is based on my textures that it too will be correct, yes?
And another question: For the Destiny Nadir window & CBM hatch window, will it be possible to have glass effects? I don't yet know how to do these for use with 3D meshes. I can do them as a PNG image file though.
Anyway, once I have this info, I will finish my textures & upload them to the SVN. Then we can start work adapting Donamy's Destiny form his ISS Experience package, re-texturing it & adding the interior. the Poscik can add the animations:speakcool:
NOTE: PAYLOAD WILL BE DESIGNED FOR PAYLOAD BAY OF LATEST VERSION OF SSU (currently V1.26)
I'll post a full plan with individual member tasking here in a few days, once my textures are complete.
