Request IOS Neptune Family of Launch Vehicles

I was thinking it might be fun to see IOS Neptunes in a Spacecraft3/Multistage2 add-on.

Looks like they are fairly modular which should make creating the mesh easy, they look simple(concept anyway) The interorbital website has the only details I know of, Google image has the most of the images from the IOS site.

I know they look cheesy, but they are serious about getting this unconventional looking family space-born. (could be a few years)

Mesh

I started a mesh but I don't have the skills(patience) to complete the nose cone. It's a very symetrical shape, but I have noidea how to stretch in 3DS Max 2011.

Besides I guess nobody is interested in this family of proposed launchers. I got no replies from the discussion thread, or this one in 20 days.

Come on guys at least chime in, even with negative replies. I can take it!
