Well, with it open, it might be easier to distinguish the right attachment point. (it's the one with the red arrow). If you press Q, the emu releases it. You must select the ISS (when you have the right end near the attachment point on the pma), press Ctrl+A, and when the small window appears on the bottom left corner of the screen, press D until it says 'OTD'. When it does, press Q on the emu (slow time to 0.1x) to release the OTD, select the station again (press Ctrl+A again if the window is not there) and press Q. That will attach it to the station.
