Orbiter Interface Modification and autopilots 2:
[ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3530"]Intermod_2[/ame]
InterMod 2 is an Orbiter module that extends the basic keyboard functions, provides extended set of generic autopilots and allow to overcome some of the Orbiter limits.
Current features are:
*Hover engine keys working like main engine
*Finer time acceleration controls
*Zenith and Nadir attitude hold autopilots
*Altitude hold autopilots for main, retro and hover engines
*Kill translation wrt nearest autopilot
*Near clipping plane delimitation
*Wireframe mode
Usage:
Unpack, activate the module, run.
Comparing to the recent proof of concept version, this is a full update of the older Intermod module, merged with Closeview feature of the POC.
Also, the extra EXE is no longer needed.
The thing is never complete, so feature requests are welcome.
Try to think up a thing in Orbiter controls or views that you want to have, and ask, that's all that is needed.
The look of it:
