Go to youtube and search for IMFD tutorials. David Courtney has done an excellent series of tutorials on the subject.

Well, if it is really true that you can't go to YouTube because you sit behind The Great Chinese Firewall, the possibility for you to connect to the hanger is not obvious enough to warrant an "of course".
