General Question How to change the controls

I am new to Orbiter 2016 and wanted to know is it possible to change the control like gear up down, docking port and radiator deployment cause I have changed my controls to WASD and whenever I try to bank right the radiator get deployed.

That depends on the add-on. AFAIR, the XR series allows changing the keyboard shortcuts a bit.

What about the delta glider?? And how do you change it for the XR series?

Since different addons use different keys for similar tasks, your best bet would be to use a key remapper for windows. Here are the links for a couple I've seen. I haven't actually used them so you'll have to try them for yourself and see what works.

If you want to use WASD for flight control, map the arrows there and map A and D (AutoHover AP and radiator in DG, i think) to something that suits you.
