Hi again,
I've found interesting video.
Roller homopolar motor :
Roller Motor
Do you think the motor from 1:08 min Will self rotate in Vacuum/Space
(No other forces : Gravitational or Other type.)
Thank you in advance.

Why should it not? It's Lorentz force creating the torque. Contrary to popular believe, a magnetic field produced by a magnet is not rotating around it's central axis together with the magnet itself. That's why you can have the magnet rolling with the battery in this setup. It is also the reason why the "paradox" of Faraday homopolar generator is no paradox at all.

The same principle (torque generation through electromagnetic forces) is used in reaction wheels to control the attitude of satellites.

EDIT: ah, I think I know what you mean... usually a homopolar motor has some slip point, where the rotating elements make contact to the static elements. This is not the case with the "stuck wire" type that is shown in the video. I think that might not work at all, and shouldn't work on the table as well. The effects of homopolar systems usually come from relativistic effects that only show up if there is a slip contact point.
