The file of the above link no longer exists. This could be for several reasons:

* The uploader deleted the file
* The file contained illegal contents and was deleted from our Abuse team
* The file is incorrect
* The file was uploaded through a free Account and reached the maximum number of downloads

For whatever it's worth, I found a backup copy of Liber's package in the post above. It's quite large, but I can supply it to anyone who would like it. I'm fiddling around with some of the corvettes, bringing them functionally into Orbiter.
