Debugged the resource world portal a bit with Woo after a small redesign that I had hoped would help.

No such luck. The weird thing is, multiverse portals will correctly report him as passing through the portal in debug mode, but won't actually teleport him when not in debug mode. I've verified that he did have permissions both for portal access and destination world access, so at this point I'm pretty much stumped. :shrug:

In this kind of situation it helps to drop all assumptions, and check everything, especially things that are supposed to be correct with absurd certainty.

I.e. is portalform set, does resource world even exist at all, would it work if you dump water into it, etc. Check all the crazy things.

Do they not work at all, or only with protected chests? I think I had to remove protection from chests & furnaces after update to 1.6.2 to make them work in my small autofeeding charcoal burner.

they dont take items from furnaces nor chests. And they dont put items on chests, and I think they also dont put fuel on furnaces. ( not protected chests )

I died twice going out of a minecart and falling into lava, F*** ALL!, when they will fix this? You just go out of the cart on a randomly place!! Oh hey!! look there! a lake of lava! lets get out of the cart and swim on it!! º\%&//ç*/!!! Even when I was inside the fortress going to the biodome I spawned on lava!

happened again, on the biodome station. I get out of the cart and I appear on the air falling to the lava...

I just opened an 8x6 nether portal in my visitors center and it is next to the Gold Farm Rail Line. Could i alter the Gold Farm line so it can stop at my portal?

If you people want... I could create a mock up to show the finished product.

Hi everybody... I was exploring the last unloaded chunks when i ran into a savanna biome. There were a lot of acacia trees.

So i decided to burn them all...:stirpot:
Im pretty sure most MC users are asking this questions: Why would you burn the only acacia trees on the server. Are you insane?
I have only one answer: Yes i am, i decided to burn them because now i have a monopoly on acacia trees and wood. Me and my city are in desperate need of resources and I am very happy to pretend like the North Korea of OrbiterWorld for a while. Keep in mind there are still acacia... They just now belong to me.

Price of an acacia sappling: 64 blocks of diamond
Price of 64 acacia wood: 1 iron bars, 1 gold nuggets

I've made a small modification to the Mob Farm as Hoppers don't empty into chests with any kind of protection, even public ones. I added a chest to the sorting line and removed a hopper, so all drops now go into that chest, except Gunpower, which I couldn't stop without breaking the sorter. Luckily the hopper the gunpowder gets stuck in is accessible. Also I count approx. 40-ish chunks left ungen'd in the main world, mainly in the ocean to the west.

Pffft, it's in the OrbiterWorld. Iron bars and gold nuggets are unlimited resources and take less effort to collect than chopping down trees does.

Plus, his monopoly will evaporate once I finally manage to get the resource world working again. On that note--I'm thinking at this point that I'll just regenerate the resource world anyway and hope that automagically fixes whatever issues people were having getting there. Is there anything left in the resource world that people don't want to lose?
