Although I am very new to the forum , I see that O-F is a great community , orderly and productive . Forums I've met before ( on any topic ) , were not as ordered and respectful.

Happy New Year! I just have to share a bit of good news. 2013 (and most of the last 5 years) has been really bad for me. But I head into 2014 on a high note. Earlier today, I cracked how to synchronize solar panels and their cap for my truss system (see the scissors mechanism topic). Now, with just 22 minutes left till the new year, I cracked two-axis solar tracking for it. This is a far far higher note than this year was shaping up to head out on, and I hope this momentum can carry!

I am losing an easy bet I placed. 2014 is the worst.

That said, 2013 was a good year for me, and 2014 including moving and a bunch of other good stuff. Here goes.
