General Question GFX Staff?

I noticed that there is a member group for Graphics, in the Member Legend, but I've never seen anyone from this group. What is now the use of this group, and what type of graphics?

EDIT: I just noticed someone in it who was online during the last 24 hours. Still, I'm interested about what the GFX Staff does.
