Wonder if the Titan core stage is still operable ...??

The engines have been removed and as far as I can tell from looking it over, it's probably a mockup, not a live or test stage.

No it's "real", though it could be a test article or something. But more than a mockup. Also, they appear to be in possession of the engines. Take a look at the restoration photos:

Also, a few years ago they were on social media looking for people with technical experience on the real deal to answer some questions, which you wouldn't expect if it were a mockup.
