From old to new links

Hi all,
I know I'm late to ask for this, and I'm afraid being out of luck, but I'd ask anyway: is there a way to "translate" the links on the old Orbiter Forum platform to the new one?
I have an awful lot of links in my old threads on Tuttovola (referring to whole threads/single posts on the "old" OF) that result in a 404, and would like to update at least some of them.

Random syntax examples:

OLD LINK
https://www.orbiter-forum.com/showthread.php?p=502070

NEW LINK
https://www.orbiter-forum.com/threads/d3d9client-development.16787/

I just realized my website has bunch of these old showthread.php links. So... there's no easier way to update them?
