Software Flashing White Screen

Hi guys,

I am playing both Orbiter 2006 and Orbiter 2010. However, when I launch the orbiter, during the game, there is always a whole white screen flashing constantly in the game. I have tried to lower the video settings but it's still there. How can I get rid of it?

CPU: Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo T5600
Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 1280*800
RAM: 2GB DDR2
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86 32 bit

Select "Disable hardware pageflip" on the Orbiter Launchpad video tab.

And for those who are still using Orbiter2006:

Some background programms cause that bothering flashes.
In my system some gadgets of the sidebar (i.e. weather if i remember right) were guilty for most of the flashes.

So always keep your autostart as clean as possible and check what is running in the taskbar:tiphat:

worked for me on windows 7 as well. have been annoyed by the flashing screens for a long time. good tip.
