Flight Question Falcon9 and launch heading?

I'm trying to get the falcon9 to the ISS. Before launch, I check the heading in LaunchMFD. I then open the Launch Control Panel and enter that value as the Inclination. But when it launches, the Falcon9 doesn't turn to that heading so the rinc ends up being way off.

Heading is not the same as inclination.
