Falcon 1 Flight 3 Launch Thread

This has to have been one of the least professional space flight related failures possible. Back now.

^Haha:rofl:

Sad part is they seem to have the installer for VLC on the desktop.

Can't wait to see the results of this launch.

RP-1 loading complete.

... running the video through my strongest machine ... seems to be better; whatever they're using is a memory HOG

BTW, this is the new regen engine on the 1st stage, right?

Helium topping in effect. T-21 minutes.

Not working any technical issues. All is GO for launch at 0055 ZULU.

Wow, I'm glad these guys are using metric for describing the flight trajectory--I hate listening to NASA broadcasts: "The vehicle is now travelling at an altitude of 20 miles and a velocity of 10,000 feet per second." I need a calculator to figure out what that means. ;)

HOLD! Holding at T-16 minutes.

On the bright side: They will be posting the launch video on their website following the launch. Hope that helps those with webcast issues.

Wow, I went out for a bike ride and almost forgot about my own thread! Glad they on hold. Go Falcon!

I hope they don't build rockets like they stream webcasts.

Fuel offload in work and LOX topping aborted.
